Seazon 계정 삭제

Seazon 계정은 앱 내에서 직접 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 페이지는 로그인 없이 누구나 확인할 수 있는 계정 삭제 안내입니다.

앱에서 계정을 삭제하는 방법

  1. Seazon 앱을 실행합니다.
  2. 프로필로 이동합니다.
  3. 설정으로 이동합니다.
  4. 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
  5. 안내를 확인한 뒤 계정 삭제를 선택하여 삭제를 진행합니다.

계정 삭제 시 삭제되는 데이터

계정 삭제가 완료되면 운영 중인 시스템에서 다음과 같은 계정 및 계정 연결 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

  • 계정 정보: Seazon 로그인 계정 및 인증 사용자 정보
  • 프로필 정보: 닉네임, 소개, 프로필 이미지, 공개 설정 및 알림 관련 정보
  • 사용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠: 스토리, 영상, 썸네일, 캡션 및 반응
  • 계정과 연결된 사용자 데이터: 메시지, 룸 가입·요청 정보, 팔로우 관계, 차단 정보 및 계정에 연결된 운영 데이터

일부 정보의 제한적 보관

법령상 보관 의무, 보안 사고·부정 이용 방지 또는 진행 중인 분쟁 처리에 필요한 최소 기록은 접근을 제한한 상태로 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 즉시 덮어쓸 수 없는 암호화 백업은 일반적인 백업 교체 절차에 따라 삭제될 수 있습니다.

앱에 접근할 수 없거나 계정 삭제에 도움이 필요하면 [email protected]으로 문의해 주세요. 계정 보호를 위해 합리적인 본인 확인 정보를 요청할 수 있으며, 비밀번호는 요구하지 않습니다.

Seazon Account Deletion

Delete your Seazon account

You can permanently delete your Seazon account directly in the app. This public page is available without signing in.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Seazon app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Review the notice and select Delete Account to continue.

Data deleted with your account

When deletion is complete, the following account and account-linked data are removed from active systems.

  • Account information: Your Seazon sign-in account and authentication user information
  • Profile information: Your nickname, bio, profile image, visibility settings, and notification-related information
  • Content you uploaded: Stories, videos, thumbnails, captions, and reactions
  • Data linked to your account: Messages, room membership or join-request data, follow relationships, blocks, and account-linked operational data

Limited retention of some information

We may retain minimal, access-restricted records when needed for legal obligations, security incident or misuse prevention, or an ongoing dispute. Encrypted backups that cannot be immediately overwritten may be removed through normal backup rotation.

If you cannot access the app or need help deleting your account, contact [email protected]. We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership, but we will never ask for your password.
